Innovaccer is seeking a Director or Senior Director of Enterprise Solution Architecture to serve as a trusted advisor to strategic customers and prospects, helping them adopt the Gravity Platform for digital, data, and AI transformation. This is a high-impact, externally facing leadership role combining technical depth, architectural rigor, and strategic storytelling.
In this role, you will partner with C-suite executives, VPs, and senior architects at health systems, payers, and partners to craft transformative data and AI platform strategies. You'll own and deliver executive-level architecture briefings, technical deep dives, and co-innovation workshops. Key responsibilities include driving solution design and technical validation across use cases such as care coordination, risk stratification, prior authorization, RCM acceleration, and digital front door. You will serve as a platform evangelist, representing Innovaccer in customer briefings, industry events, and partner ecosystems.
You'll guide customers through build vs. buy decisions, technical roadmapping, and platform deployment options (cloud-native, multi-tenant, hybrid). Working closely with Gravity product managers and engineers, you'll align roadmap priorities with market demand and client feedback. You'll lead technical pre-sales efforts for strategic RFPs, POCs, and sandbox deployments, and collaborate with SMEs in interoperability, clinical informatics, and data governance to design scalable, standards-aligned solutions. You'll support GTM motions across providers, payers, and life sciences from initial pitch to expansion, and mentor Solution Architects within the team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 12–18 years of experience driving enterprise architecture, platform adoption, or technical strategy in complex, multi-stakeholder environments (ideally healthcare, SaaS, or cloud-native ecosystems)
- Strong executive presence with ability to engage, influence, and advise C-suite leaders, enterprise architects, and domain experts
- Deep understanding of cloud-native data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks), ETL/ELT pipelines, semantic layers, and modern data engineering practices
- Comfort working with AI-driven products and architecture (LLMs, inference pipelines, AI agents, vector stores) and translating them into value-based solutions
- Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, X12) and comfort navigating EMRs (Epic, Cerner), payer systems, and APIs
- Strong solution design and technical storytelling skills; ability to whiteboard, diagram, and narrate architectures that resonate with business and technical leaders
- Proven success working cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent)
- 7+ years as a Solution Architect, preferably in a Pre-Sales role
- Relevant certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake)
