You will serve as Accounting Manager, responsible for running the monthly close and day-to-day accounting operations for this fast-growing manufacturing company. In this role, you will own the close calendar, lead the reconciliation process, and establish the accounting procedures that the team executes against. You will manage accounting staff and be responsible for building out and documenting accounting processes that are still being refined.
The ideal candidate is a strong technical accountant who enjoys managing people and process. You should be comfortable tightening and documenting a close that is still being built, bringing both technical accounting expertise and people management skills. You will work with a team of top innovators who are passionate about sustainable innovation and building a better future.
