Innovaccer is a healthcare software platform that helps hospitals, clinics, and health insurance companies integrate fragmented patient data and automate administrative workflows. The company serves major US healthcare systems including CommonSpirit Health, Atlantic Health, and Banner Health, and recently partnered with AWS to scale AI agents for healthcare operations.
The Business Analyst role sits at the intersection of client delivery, product, and engineering. You will own requirements across the full release lifecycle—from initial assessment through grooming, implementation alignment, and post-launch validation—while managing day-to-day platform operations and client communications.
Key Responsibilities:
**Requirements & Release Coordination**
- Drive the Quarterly Release Review (QRR) process: assess requirements feasibility with Customer Success and Product teams, create necessary artifacts, and update Jira fields.
- Gather and refine requirements tickets in collaboration with clients and partner teams; confirm clarifications with stakeholders.
- Facilitate Product Scoping Documents, clarify requirements, track timelines, and validate outcomes post-implementation.
- Post-QRR grooming: align requirements with the implementation team, collect delivery timelines, and surface blockers early.
**Platform & Release Management**
- Monitor general and non-general release platform deployments; configure relevant features as releases go live.
- Maintain Jira hygiene across active tickets—status, fields, and traceability throughout the release cycle.
**Client Engagement**
- Manage ongoing communications with client stakeholders via email and calls; own follow-through on open items.
- Deliver product demos of features, enhancements, and upgrades to client and customer stakeholders.
**Platform Operations**
- Monitor the support portal; triage, work, or reroute tickets based on request type and priority.
- Manage user roles and permissions; oversee dashboard access assignment and ongoing user administration.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years in a BA, delivery, or technical PM role at a SaaS or healthcare technology company.
- Hands-on experience with Jira for requirements management and release tracking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable running calls directly with client stakeholders.
- Ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences without losing fidelity.
