Innovaccer is seeking a Vice President of Implementation Engineering to lead a large-scale delivery and implementation organization serving health systems, payers, and provider groups. This executive role oversees an 80+ member multi-disciplinary team responsible for onboarding customers onto the Innovaccer platform and ensuring successful deployments with measurable outcomes. In this position, you will own end-to-end implementation outcomes including delivery quality, timelines, data readiness, customer satisfaction, and financial performance (margins) of the delivery organization. You will lead the enterprise data vision by aligning data strategy with business objectives, architecting scalable cloud-based data platforms, and building high-performing Data Engineering and Analytics teams. Key responsibilities include defining and executing the company's data engineering strategy, designing scalable data platforms (data lakes, warehouses, streaming systems), overseeing cloud data infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP, and leading data engineering teams through hiring and establishing engineering standards. You will manage ETL/ELT pipelines, real-time and batch processing systems, and ensure reliability, scalability, and security across all platforms. Cross-functional collaboration is essential—you will partner with Data Science, Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams to align data architecture with business goals and support AI/ML and analytics initiatives. You will also establish data governance policies, quality frameworks, and ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and other healthcare standards. The ideal candidate brings 15–25 years of healthcare delivery, health IT, population health, or payer/provider operations experience. Deep expertise in healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, C-CDA, X12/EDI, Claims, Quality Measures) is essential. You must have proven success leading large delivery or implementation organizations (100+ people), strong financial acumen with P&L ownership, and experience implementing complex healthcare data platforms at enterprise scale. Executive presence, ability to influence customer CXOs, and demonstrated operational discipline are critical. Experience in high-growth SaaS or healthtech, familiarity with modern cloud platforms, understanding of value-based care and quality programs, and relevant certifications are highly valued.
