Wolt is seeking an experienced Workplace Manager to lead workplace operations and experience for the company's offices in Croatia. Reporting to the Global Workplace & Facilities Manager and based in the Zagreb office, you will be the primary point of contact for landlords, vendors, and local stakeholders regarding all workplace matters in the country. You will oversee day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, and programs ensuring well-managed, well-maintained buildings with focus on functionality, comfort, safety, sustainability, and efficiency. Key responsibilities include leading all workplace programs (food & beverages, lockers, mail services, space planning, reception, workplace technology), managing site-specific projects and initiatives to improve the workplace, and streamlining accessibility of offices and services through automation and innovation. You will promote high employee satisfaction by ensuring prompt responses to occupant concerns, managing environmental health and safety programs, and maintaining quality standards from team members and vendors. Working alongside local and global stakeholders, you'll develop understanding of Wolt's business and deliver workplace experience strategies that support business functions. You will coordinate activities, financials, vendors, and staffing for current and future building needs, owning the country facilities operating budget. Additional responsibilities include establishing and managing vendor relationships with clear KPIs and contract management processes, serving as on-site stakeholder liaison during office expansions, managing space planning and move coordination, planning and executing team onsite events, and collaborating with Global Real Estate, Facilities, IT, Safety, Security, and Sustainability teams to roll out global policies and initiatives. Requirements: - Multi-year experience in Office, Workplace, or Facilities Management in a global organization within a fast-paced, high-growth environment - Strong, passionate customer focus - Proven vendor management experience - Event management experience (bonus) - Ability to take ownership and solve problems independently and proactively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment with strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills - Growth mindset to consistently learn and develop skills - Willingness to participate in First Aider and Fire Warden Training and provide assistance in emergencies - Comfortable collaborating remotely using digital tools (GSuite, Slack, Zoom)
