Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building the energy and compute backbone for the world's most ambitious AI workloads. The company owns and operates each layer of the stack—from electrons to tokens—to power AI at scale. You will lead the launch and operations of Crusoe's new 38,000-square-foot Dallas office from the ground up. This is a foundational role with significant ownership and visibility, reporting to the Regional Workplace Manager and partnering closely with People, IT, Security, and Finance. Key responsibilities include: • Lead the Dallas office launch and build-out, partnering on design, space planning, vendor selection, and move-in readiness to open on time and on budget. • Own day-to-day workplace operations, establishing scalable systems, processes, and standards that ensure the office is safe, functional, and polished. • Manage building and vendor relationships as the primary point of contact for facilities, maintenance, contracts, and performance, with clear escalation processes. • Own the workplace budget, including forecasting, expense management, vendor spend, and cost optimization opportunities. • Deliver exceptional hospitality and visitor experience, overseeing front-of-house operations, visitor management, and executive/customer visits. • Own food, beverage, and office amenities programs, including daily meals, catering, budgets, and vendor performance. • Bring Crusoe's People and Workplace strategy to life by creating employee events, programs, and experiences that foster connection and engagement. • Hire, manage, and develop a Workplace Coordinator, setting priorities and establishing high service standards. You bring 5+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, office operations, or related fields, ideally in a fast-growing company. Experience opening a new office or managing significant expansions is strongly preferred. You have proven expertise managing workplace budgets, vendor contracts, and landlord relationships. You're a hands-on operator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills, a hospitality-first mindset, and executive presence. You're highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable operating independently, and motivated by building something from the ground up.
