SambaNova Systems is a leader in next-generation AI infrastructure, delivering a full-stack inference platform powered by the RDU (Reconfigurable Dataflow Unit)—a chip built on dataflow architecture optimized for agentic workloads, multi-turn agents, code generation, and long-running applications. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, you will own the digital ecosystem for sambanova.ai and the SambaAcademy educational partner portal, collaborating with teams managing SambaCloud and documentation to ensure consistent user experience. This is a hands-on role requiring daily work in HubSpot CMS, building and QA'ing pages while working directly with design and web development teams. You will manage the sambanova.ai web and SambaAcademy roadmap—intake, scoping, prioritization, and timelines. You'll build, publish, and QA pages in HubSpot CMS (templates, modules, CTAs, UX), maintain the design system and component library, and run governance (page request process, naming conventions, approvals, documentation). On the operations side, you own site performance and Core Web Vitals, partnering with developers on page speed, caching, and technical fixes. You'll maintain analytics and tag infrastructure (GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion events), run A/B and multivariate testing programs on headlines, layouts, and CTAs, and improve website accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA). You'll coordinate with content and SEO teams on technical SEO (site structure, schema, crawlability, redirect hygiene) and monitor uptime, broken links, form failures, and integration errors. You'll work with design and web development agencies on project scope, timelines, and quality; translate business requests into technical requirements; partner with marketing ops on forms, lead routing, and CRM handoffs; manage translation services for Japanese localization; and report on web performance and roadmap status to marketing leadership. REQUIREMENTS: - 5–8 years of experience managing B2B websites, ideally in tech - Bachelor's degree - Hands-on HubSpot or WordPress CMS expertise (building and publishing, not just reviewing) - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design; technical depth to evaluate developer work and debug issues - Analytics fluency: GA4 and Google Tag Manager, using data to inform decisions - Demonstrated project management across competing stakeholders and deadlines with sound prioritization judgment - Vendor and agency management experience, including project budget accountability - Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals, site performance, and web accessibility standards - Curiosity about technology, particularly AI/ML; no CS degree required but able to understand products well enough to represent them accurately - Familiarity with Figma, Jira, Asana, and basic design or video tooling (Canva, Wistia) for fast turnarounds
