Salary: USD 90,000 - 110,000 / annual

AgentSync is modernizing insurance infrastructure by replacing spreadsheets and manual processes with modern software for carriers, agencies, and MGAs. The company focuses on making compliance automatic and enabling growth. As a RevOps Analyst, you will be a hands-on builder and operator for the systems, data, and processes behind AgentSync's go-to-market team. This is a high-growth role with clear path to increased ownership over time. Key Responsibilities: Systems & Tooling: Own and optimize the GTM tech stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and MonetizeNow. Build and maintain workflows for lead routing, enrichment, forecasting, and customer lifecycle automation. Manage user setup, permissions, and new hire provisioning across GTM systems. Support integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot, billing, and internal platforms. Annual Planning: Deliver the yearly planning cycle in Salesforce including quota uploads, territory changes, forecasting setup, and report updates ahead of fiscal year kickoff. Partner with Sales leadership and Finance on planning inputs, timelines, and handoffs. Commissions: Participate in monthly and year-end commission reviews with Finance. Keep Closed Won and opportunity data accurate to ensure correct payouts. Reporting & Data Integrity: Own GTM reporting and dashboards for pipeline, forecast, and performance. Enforce data governance and validation suited to a compliance-driven business, including month-end data integrity checks. Automation & AI: Lean into AI for process improvement, system enhancements, and speed to delivery. Identify and replace manual work with automation. Process & Documentation: Improve RevOps processes including support for Deal Desk and partner order workflows. Document systems, workflows, and tools; train GTM teams on new capabilities. You will work directly with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams with the kind of scope typically found in early-stage companies. Requirements: - 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems roles - Hands-on Salesforce admin experience: Flows, reports, dashboards, and data loads - Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform - Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort working with large data sets - Actively using AI tools to improve quality and speed of work; ability to speak to specific ways you've integrated them into your workflow - Strong ownership mentality and attention to detail, especially with data that drives compensation and forecasting
