Paytm is seeking a Graphic Designer with a passion for visual communication and brand design. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, marketing, and product design, offering the opportunity to shape how a major fintech platform communicates visually across all touchpoints.
You will design brand identities and visual systems including logos, brand guidelines, and scalable brand assets for use across digital and physical environments. You'll create presentations, websites, social media content, product campaigns, and marketing collateral. Working closely with Creative Directors, Writers, Strategists, and Developers, you'll present design rationale with confidence and maintain exceptional attention to detail. The role includes experimenting with AI-assisted design workflows to improve team efficiency and creative output.

Key aspects of the role: brand identity and visual systems design; marketing collateral and digital content creation; cross-functional collaboration; design rationale and presentation; rapid iteration based on feedback; and experimentation with AI-assisted workflows.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4–6 years of professional design experience, preferably in a branding or design studio
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design fundamentals
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Strong interest in branding, communication design, and visual storytelling
- Experience working in small, collaborative teams with ownership-driven culture
- Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Ideogram, or Framer AI
- Curious, humble mindset with commitment to continuous learning
BONUS:
- Experience designing responsive websites and branding systems
- Motion design or animation skills
