Anduril Industries is seeking a Warfighting Systems Analyst to join a newly formed wargaming and simulation team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is foundational to establishing Anduril's simulation center and involves developing, iterating, and supporting Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (M&SA) capabilities including wargaming and experimentation for advanced autonomous defense systems. You will be responsible for producing high-fidelity simulations and scenarios using tools like Anduril's Lattice Mission Simulation (MissionSim) to train customers, conduct internal product analysis, and identify customer operational needs. The role bridges military operations and technical systems, requiring you to evaluate how platform, payload, autonomy, sensor, effector, communications, navigation, and command-and-control design choices affect mission outcomes. Key responsibilities include: designing and executing tactical and mission-level wargames to assess autonomous system capabilities; developing physics-based models and operational scenarios with emphasis on red and blue force systems and tactics; assessing system-of-systems interactions, integration risks, and mission impacts; collaborating with engineering and business development teams to demonstrate Anduril's value proposition through data-driven analysis; and ensuring analysis remains grounded in real operational problems. Required qualifications: 3+ years in Operations Research, Systems Analysis (ORSA), systems engineering, mission engineering, test and evaluation, or related technical-operational discipline; experience with tactical experiments, wargaming design, scenario development, and trade-space analysis; demonstrated background in military mission modeling and simulation with knowledge of friendly and adversary tactics; proficiency in C++ or Python for physics-based modeling; ability to connect system performance to mission outcomes; strong problem-solving and communication skills; and ability to obtain and maintain an active country-specific Secret security clearance. Preferred qualifications include experience with DoD M&S tools (AFSIM, Brawler, Suppressor, ESAMS, Command PE), Top Secret clearance eligibility, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related field, operational military background with transition to ORSA/M&S roles, AFSIM plug-in development experience, and familiarity with model-based systems engineering and operational test.
