As a Growth Strategy Senior Analyst, you will independently lead high-impact global projects and strategies driving Fever's entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries. This is a hands-on role where you design end-to-end solutions, manage new business streams, and collaborate across departments to enhance company performance. Key responsibilities include: - Lead global projects defining the future of the entertainment industry - Develop and manage new business streams, workflows, and strategies - Create analytical frameworks to increase performance across business departments - Design end-to-end solutions with daily high impact - Work across international markets (up to 40 countries) developing new experiences - Enhance overall company performance through strategic and analytical insights - Manage your own project pipeline independently within a business line You bring 3-5 years of business analytics experience, ideally from strategy consulting, investment banking, or top tech firms. Your background includes a bachelor's degree in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, aeronautics) or expertise in Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics. You are data-driven, proactive, and excel at influencing multiple stakeholders across disciplines. Coding proficiency (SQL, R, Python) is preferred. Fluent English required; Spanish is a plus.
