Anduril Industries is seeking a Lead Warfighting Systems Analyst to establish and lead a new simulation center in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is responsible for developing and executing Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (M&SA) including wargaming and experimentation for Anduril's unmanned systems across subsurface, surface, land, and air domains. Key responsibilities include leveraging high-end models and simulations (particularly Anduril's Lattice Mission Simulation) to conduct training, experimentation, and internal analysis. You will develop scenarios based on customer operational needs, support engineering and product teams by evaluating how platform, payload, autonomy, sensor, effector, communications, navigation, and C2 choices affect mission outcomes. The role involves designing and executing tactical and mission-level wargames to assess autonomous system capabilities and refine tactics, developing physics-based models of red and blue force systems, and assessing system-of-systems interactions and integration risks. As the first hire and lead role in an agile team of wargaming analysts, you will lead the warfighting capability analysts to ensure system analysis remains grounded in real operational problems and customer needs. You will collaborate with engineering and business development teams to demonstrate Anduril's capabilities and value proposition through rigorous, data-driven analysis. Required qualifications include 7+ years of experience in Operations Research, Systems Analysis (ORSA), systems engineering, mission engineering, test and evaluation, or related technical-operational disciplines. You must have experience with tactical experiments and wargaming design, demonstrated expertise in modeling and simulation for military missions (with preference for friendly and adversary tactics background), and proficiency with C++ or Python for physics-based modeling. An active country-specific Secret security clearance is required. Preferred qualifications include experience with DoD M&S tools (AFSIM, Brawler, Suppressor, ESAMS, Command PE), ability to obtain Top Secret clearance, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related field, operational military background with transition to ORSA/M&S roles, and experience with AFSIM plug-in development or advanced M&S framework customization.
