Anduril Industries is seeking a Warfighting Systems Analyst to join a newly established simulation center in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is foundational to building out Anduril's modeling, simulation, and analysis (M&SA) capabilities for unmanned systems across subsurface, surface, land, and air domains. You will be responsible for designing and executing wargames, tactical experiments, and scenario-based analysis using Anduril's Lattice Mission Simulation (MissionSim) platform. Your work will serve three critical purposes: training customers on Anduril's autonomous capabilities, conducting internal analysis to drive product iteration, and gathering customer insights to inform future product development. Key responsibilities include developing physics-based operational scenarios, evaluating how platform, payload, autonomy, sensor, and communications choices affect mission outcomes, designing engagement-level and mission-level tactical analysis, and assessing system-of-systems interactions and integration risks. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business development teams to demonstrate Anduril's value proposition through rigorous, data-driven analysis grounded in real operational problems. Required qualifications include 3+ years in Operations Research, Systems Analysis (ORSA), systems engineering, mission engineering, or test and evaluation. You must have hands-on experience with tactical experiments, wargaming design, scenario development, and military mission modeling and simulation. Proficiency in C++ or Python for physics-based modeling is essential, as is the ability to connect system performance and design choices to mission outcomes. An active country-specific Secret security clearance is required. Preferred experience includes DoD M&S tools (AFSIM, Brawler, Suppressor, ESAMS, Command PE), a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field, operational military background, and familiarity with model-based systems engineering and digital engineering practices. Initial hiring will occur in London, UK, with relocation to Abu Dhabi upon completion of the simulation center setup.
