Anduril Industries is seeking a Warfighter Research & Systems Analyst to join its Modeling, Simulation, & Analysis (MS&A) team. This role focuses on building and scaling analytical tools that visualize real-world and simulated data to evaluate mission concepts, drive tactics, and accelerate mission understanding. You will conduct joint and combined tactical analysis using operations research, systems analysis, and wargaming methodologies. Key responsibilities include leveraging high-end models and simulations (Lattice Mission Simulation, AFSIM) to conduct studies; performing data analysis and physics-based modeling; designing and executing tactical-level wargames to assess autonomous system capabilities; developing operational scenarios for wargaming exercises with emphasis on red and blue force systems; operating as white cell or red cell during live play; and communicating complex results to internal and external stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with engineering and business development teams to demonstrate Anduril's capabilities through rigorous, data-driven analysis. The role requires 5+ years in Operations Research, Systems Analysis, or related discipline, with demonstrated experience in tactical experiment design, wargaming, military mission modeling/simulation, and DoD M&S tools (AFSIM, Brawler, Suppressor, ESAMS, Command PE). Proficiency in C++ or Python for physics-based modeling is required. An active U.S. Secret security clearance is mandatory; Top Secret clearance is preferred. Must be a U.S. Person due to export-controlled information access. Preferred qualifications include Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science; operational military background; AFSIM plug-in development experience; data visualization tools (Tableau); and familiarity with Joint Combined Arms operations.
