This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and works closely with the Chief Product Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, and senior leaders across Product, Marketing, and Customer Growth & Success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establish and own offer strategy as a core discipline, defining what Greenhouse sells, to whom, and how it's packaged across tiers, bundles, add-ons, and segments
- Shape Greenhouse's company, category, product, and AI narratives, including Analyst Relations as a strategic business and perception program
- Lead go-to-market strategy for both employer and job seeker audiences
- Build a disciplined, tiered launch process ensuring every release receives appropriate strategic and market support
- Partner with the CRO and Revenue leadership on sales readiness for launched products
- Lead and develop the Product Marketing team, establishing operating rhythm and measurement systems

- Partner across Product, Pricing, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and CGS to connect product decisions to market needs and commercial outcomes
- Establish Product Marketing's measurement system using market perception, launch impact, adoption, customer value, retention, and offer performance to guide decisions
As a member of Greenhouse's Senior Leadership Team, you will drive measurable outcomes aligned with annual and long-term strategy. Greenhouse is a remote-first company with shared office spaces in New York City and Ireland, plus optional co-working spaces.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience leading Product Marketing as the top PMM executive in an enterprise B2B SaaS company of $150M+ ARR
- Proven track record of building an offer strategy, packaging, or commercialization discipline from the ground up (not just operating one someone else designed)
- Evidence that your packaging or offer decisions measurably moved revenue, adoption, or customer value, with ability to articulate what changed, why, and what happened
- Strong people leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Experience shaping a narrative that shifted perception with analysts, buyers, customers, or an entire category, with demonstrable commercial impact
- Firmly commercial mindset, deeply product-minded, and fluent in how Product, Engineering, and Design build and bring products to market
- Demonstrated AI fluency through daily use, with measurable changes to how your team works and practical understanding of AI-powered products
- Experience with two-sided marketplaces, B2B2C businesses, or products serving both enterprise and consumer audiences (highly valuable)
- Builder mentality: you've created teams, capabilities, or operating models from the ground up and turn ambiguity into clarity
- Ability to influence senior executives as an equal, create productive friction, and mobilize cross-functional teams toward shared outcomes
