Enlace Health is seeking a VP of Product to lead product strategy and execution for a healthcare infrastructure platform connecting payers, providers, and patients. The role is responsible for designing and executing the product roadmap, with a focus on value-based care (VBC), affordability optimization, and MLR improvement.
In the first 3 months, you will develop deep understanding of Enlace's platform, customer base, and market dynamics in value-based care. You'll assess and optimize the product development lifecycle across Technology, Sales, and Client Success teams, and conduct an AI readiness assessment to identify opportunities for enhancing analytics and operational efficiency.
By months 4-6, you will deliver a comprehensive 24-month product roadmap with strategic priorities (Fabric/Analytics, Provider Enablement, Hierarchy, Administration modules), clear milestones, ROI projections, and market penetration targets. You'll lead an AI-first mindset across the company, incorporating AI where it drives material value—such as predictive cost modeling, automated provider insights, and agentic-AI optimized workflows. You'll establish yourself as a subject matter expert in risk-based VBC products and launch a proactive customer engagement program using AI-assisted analytics to capture and prioritize feedback.
By months 6-9, you will deliver major product releases addressing key market demands in value-based care, launch AI/ML-powered features with measurable impact, and position Enlace as an AI thought leader in the space. You'll drive measurable improvements in product adoption, customer satisfaction (NPS), and product-driven revenue growth through new features, partnerships, or market expansion.
Key responsibilities include leading and developing a high-performing Product team, collaborating closely with Technology, Sales, and Client Success to drive innovation, establishing shared dashboards and KPIs across departments, and ensuring the product portfolio aligns with corporate vision and strategic plans. This is a critical leadership role at a pivotal inflection point for a high-growth healthcare infrastructure company.
