You will manage a team of experienced pillar leads overseeing approximately 20 product managers across Growth and Monetization. Key responsibilities include owning DAU and revenue targets, coaching and developing senior product leaders, partnering with Engineering and Design leadership on resource allocation and execution, and building world-class product operating mechanisms including north star metrics, planning rituals, and rigorous A/B testing infrastructure. The role requires balancing steady optimization with larger strategic bets, allocating resources across both growth and monetization pillars, and serving as the single executive voice for these functions at the leadership level. You'll manage one of the highest-velocity experimentation engines in consumer tech, with a mandate to grow both metrics sustainably without compromising learner experience. Required qualifications include executive product leadership in consumer tech with multi-year, measurable impact on DAUs or revenue at scale. You need high judgment and operational rigor with a proven track record of hitting forecasts while maintaining user experience. Experience leading managers of managers and developing strong product leaders is essential, along with cross-functional alignment skills across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing. You should have experience leading through organizational change, reorgs, and new operating models. The role is based in Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY on a hybrid 4+1 schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote). Exceptional candidates will have delivered stellar results growing leading consumer apps, balanced user growth with revenue expansion without degrading core experience, communicated product strategy to executive and board audiences, developed product leaders who've gone on to lead their own organizations, and have familiarity with ads, subscriptions, and in-app purchase ecosystems at scale.
