Nitra is building an ecosystem of fintech and software solutions to help doctors manage their practices more efficiently, freeing them to focus on patient care. As VP of Product, you will own the complete product vision and roadmap for Nitra's AI-native healthcare platform. This is a builder role for someone who has successfully taken healthcare products from conception through scale—not an optimization role at a mature company. You'll work directly with clinical operators to understand their pain points, translate those insights into shipped product, and drive retention and growth metrics.
You'll lead a distributed engineering and design team, set the standard for product excellence across the organization, and operate with the urgency and ambition that defines Nitra's culture. The company operates with high intensity and expects ownership, intellectual rigor, and accountability to results. You'll be part of a leadership team that has already proven it can scale to thousands of customers and achieve billion-dollar exits.
