Nitra is building an ecosystem of fintech and software solutions to help doctors manage their practices more efficiently, freeing them to focus on patient care. As VP of Product, you will own the product vision and roadmap for Nitra's AI-native platform. This is a builder role for someone with proven experience taking healthcare products from zero to scale—not optimizing existing products at large enterprises. You need deep understanding of clinical operations and the ability to translate operator pain points into shipped, retained, and growing products.
You will work hand-in-hand with distributed engineering and design teams, set the standard for product excellence across the organization, and help define how great product gets built at Nitra. The role requires someone who has successfully navigated the complexity of healthcare workflows, understands the regulatory and operational constraints, and can move with speed and decisiveness in a high-growth environment.
