ServiceNow is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to serve as the strategic people leader for the company's entire Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. This is a high-impact, non-traditional HRBP role focused on architecting talent and organizational strategy to power ServiceNow's next phase of hyper-growth, defined by AI-native selling motions, agentic workforce models, and a fundamental reimagination of how commercial teams create customer value. The VP will lead a globally distributed HRBP organization and partner directly with the President of GTM and the full GTM executive leadership team to translate commercial ambition into workforce reality. The GTM organization spans global sales, solution consulting, customer success and engagement, partner ecosystems, CRM, industry verticals, and commercial segments across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ—representing one of the largest and most strategically consequential people populations in the company. Key responsibilities include: • Scaling a world-class commercial workforce across rapidly expanding market segments, including enterprise, commercial, and public sector • Designing organizational structures that match strategic intent—ensuring teams reflect where the business is going, not where it has been • Building AI-native talent strategies that reimagine how sellers, consultants, and customer success professionals work alongside intelligent agents • Driving a high-performance culture anchored in accountability, coaching, continuous development, and customer obsession • Navigating the complexity of a global GTM operation spanning 30+ countries, multiple routes to market, and a rapidly evolving partner ecosystem ServiceNow is at a defining inflection point as it transforms into an AI-native enterprise, rebuilding organizational structures and workflows with intelligence and adaptability at the center. The VP will be instrumental in ensuring the GTM organization evolves in lockstep with this transformation. REQUIREMENTS: • 18+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant tenure as a strategic HRBP to global sales, GTM, or commercial organizations at scale • Demonstrated success managing and developing senior HR leaders • Deep understanding of GTM operating models—including enterprise and commercial sales motions, solution consulting, customer success, partner ecosystems, and revenue operations • Proven ability to lead HR teams across multiple regions, balancing global consistency with local market nuance; experience spanning the Americas, EMEA, and APJ strongly preferred • Track record of designing organizations for strategic execution—not inherited structures; experience leading large-scale restructuring, workforce planning, and operating model transformation • Demonstrated experience guiding organizations through technology-driven transformation; curiosity and conviction about how AI will reshape commercial workforces and talent strategies • Executive presence and ability to influence and gain commitment from C-suite leaders, including sales presidents and functional executives • Proven ability to drive sustainable change in high-growth, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments; comfortable introducing structure and process without compromising velocity
