Take-Two Interactive, a leading developer and publisher of interactive entertainment headquartered in New York City, is seeking a Visual Design Editor to join the Internal Communications team in London. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Internal Communications, you will design beautiful, creative, and innovative graphical assets primarily for employee-facing communications and social media. You will be responsible for creating captivating graphical assets in multiple formats including HTML, digital signage, presentations, documents, reports, social media, web assets, and video. Your work will follow established design guidelines and standards to ensure consistent, high-quality employee communications that reflect the company's brand image and values. You will apply and maintain the company's visual identity by creating reusable guidance, tools, and templates to help colleagues produce on-brand communications. Key responsibilities include collaborating with business functions such as Events, IT, and HR to create seamless employee experiences; turning project briefs into visual designs within agreed timelines; regularly exploring new communication methods via animation, video, and interactive tools; and maintaining a library of templates and visual collateral. You will ensure all designs consistently and positively reflect the brand image and company ideals. This is a hybrid position requiring in-office attendance four times per week. **Requirements:** - 4+ years of experience working in a design-based role in the creative industry - Skilled in Google Suite and Microsoft Office products - High proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, with willingness to learn new tools as technology evolves - Good knowledge of design fundamentals including colour, layout, and typography - Highly creative with keen attention to detail and aesthetic - Ability to collaborate and prioritize work - Proactive with strong time management skills - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and follow-through - Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to support colleagues
