Conduct is building an AI operating system for enterprises to manage complex legacy systems and move at the speed of their ideas. The company has raised a $60M Series A and operates from London and NYC with a small, talent-dense team.
In this role, you will own the complete user experience loop for Conduct's product—from customer research through shipped product. You'll spend meaningful time with enterprise customers in their environments, mapping workflows and uncovering friction points. Your research directly informs product strategy and design decisions. You'll translate deep customer understanding into clear interaction patterns and workflows, working closely with product and engineering teams to ship experiences that meaningfully change how enterprises operate.
This is not a handoff role. You own the full cycle from research question to insight to shipped product, ensuring that design decisions are grounded in real user needs rather than aesthetic preferences.
Conduct is committed to sponsoring visas and building diverse teams. The company values extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong experience designing complex digital products end-to-end, ideally in enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or similar environments with messy workflows and sophisticated users
- Deep UX research skills: ability to extract real signal from customers through interviews, observation, and immersion in their world, and translate findings into design decisions
- Clear point of view on how AI shifts user behavior and interaction patterns (this is an AI-native product with genuinely new design challenges)
- Solid visual and interaction design skills to own work end-to-end; leads with understanding rather than aesthetics
- Pragmatic, shipping-focused mindset: prototypes quickly, accepts feedback well, prioritizes impact over perfection
- Low ego and collaborative approach; partners with product and engineering rather than gatekeeping; brings teams along on customer insights
