EVERSANA is seeking a Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) specializing in sleep/neurology to drive sales of a client's obstructive sleep apnea product through remote engagement with healthcare providers. You will work from home, managing an assigned virtual territory and building relationships with physicians and medical office staff to meet and exceed sales goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Complete advanced product training and develop deep expertise in disease state, product features, benefits, and core selling messages for neurology/sleep products
- Meet or exceed call expectations and assigned sales attainment goals
- Generate sample and literature requests accurately, with appropriate follow-up on shipments
- Maintain detailed database entries on customer calls, attempts, product discussions, and requests
- Adhere to all PDMA, compliance, and regulatory policies
- Provide feedback on team leadership and areas for improvement
- Support pre-launch, launch, and post-launch strategies with evolving responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality unbranded educational presentations and materials
- Cultivate virtual territory with measurable accountability
- Work closely with field specialty teams to ensure product availability
- Compensation is based on a mix of volume/metrics and outcomes

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of HCP-facing pharmaceutical sales experience, including virtual engagement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Veeva CRM experience a plus
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- Ability to articulate complex clinical data
- Aptitude and confidence conversing with physicians and all levels of medical office staff
- Stable internet connection adequate for VoIP calls and virtual platforms
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
