EVERSANA is seeking a Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) specializing in sleep/neurology to drive sales of a client's obstructive sleep apnea product. This is a fully remote, territory-based role where you'll establish relationships with healthcare providers and support staff, communicate product benefits, and educate customers on patient educational materials and programs.
You will work independently from your home office, managing an assigned virtual territory with accountability for measurable sales results. Key responsibilities include completing advanced product training, developing expertise in core selling messages, meeting or exceeding call expectations and sales attainment goals, generating accurate sample and literature requests, maintaining database entries on customer interactions, and providing feedback to team leadership. You'll support pre-launch and launch strategies through evolving phases, deliver high-quality educational presentations, and execute sustained post-launch call-plan objectives to strengthen field penetration and expand reach to priority healthcare provider targets. The role requires adherence to all company, PDMA compliance, and regulatory policies.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of HCP-facing pharmaceutical sales experience, including virtual engagement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Veeva CRM experience a plus
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- Ability to articulate complex clinical data
- Solid, persuasive communication skills and confidence conversing with physicians and medical office staff at all levels
- Stable internet connection adequate for VoIP calls and virtual platforms
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
