Bybit, one of the world's leading cryptocurrency exchanges and digital financial platforms serving over 80 million users across 200+ countries, is seeking a VIP Relationship Manager to join the Korea region team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of global VIP clients, driving client acquisition, relationship expansion, and business success in the region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform client acquisition and manage a portfolio of global VIP clients with strong relationship management
- Build and expand relationships with existing clients through frequent, sustained communication
- Develop customer service processes, systems, and management rules while tracking key customer status
- Analyze client behavior, identify unspoken needs, and prepare comprehensive customer analysis reports
- Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver optimal service solutions and experiences

Requirements:
- Existing client portfolio including institutional clients, high net-worth individuals, private bank customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks
- Experience working in trading platforms or exchanges (highly advantageous)
- Prior sales and client services experience with international financial background in banking, investments, or related fields (preferred)
- Strong communication and written skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines with strong multi-tasking capabilities
- Enthusiasm for the crypto industry with knowledge of latest trends and innovations
