Diligent, the #1 market leader in Governance, Risk & Compliance technology used by 75% of Fortune 500 boards, is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead product strategy and execution across core and growth business lines. Reporting to Yu-Kuan Lin, you will own multi-year product strategy, AI innovation initiatives, and revenue-tied outcomes for the company's largest strategic growth engines within a $7B revenue organization.
Key responsibilities include:
• Define and execute product strategy driving company-level ARR growth, retention, and market expansion in partnership with C-suite and cross-functional teams
• Build and scale a high-performing product organization with clear excellence standards, processes, and OKRs enabling consistent execution and data-driven accountability
• Lead product for two business lines: non-profit and government sector governance solutions, serving as the primary product leader for these segments
• Drive AI innovation and integration across the product portfolio
• Own revenue outcomes and tie product decisions to business impact
• Set bold product vision while remaining hands-on, rolling up sleeves to build alongside the team
• Partner with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to deliver customer value and market leadership
