FinQuery is seeking a Vice President of Legal to lead the company's legal strategy and operations. As VP of Legal, you will be responsible for building and leading the legal function at a high-growth B2B SaaS company. This role involves developing legal strategy, managing compliance and regulatory matters, overseeing contracts and commercial agreements, and providing strategic counsel to executive leadership and the board. You will establish legal policies and procedures, manage external counsel relationships, and ensure the company operates within all applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.
