Salary: USD 140,000 - 175,000 / annual

You will drive new business growth and own the commercial process from pipeline through contract and launch. This is a hands-on enterprise sales role where you will build a pipeline, develop relationships with senior decision-makers, and lead complex opportunities from initial conversation through solution design, pricing, contracting, and close. Key responsibilities include: **Drive & Close New Business**: Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of enterprise prospects. Own and deliver against individual new business and revenue targets. Develop opportunities through direct outreach, broker and consultant relationships, referrals, events, and inbound leads. Build relationships with senior HR, Benefits, Procurement, Finance, and executive decision-makers. Lead complex enterprise opportunities from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close. Develop compelling solutions based on each prospect's business and workforce needs. Lead presentations and finalist meetings. **Lead Commercial & Sales Execution**: Develop pricing and commercial proposals using data and financial analysis. Use utilization, pipeline, and market data to develop forecasts and inform commercial decisions. Lead RFPs and complex sales opportunities. Partner across Finance, Operations, Client Success, and Marketing. Maintain strong ownership and momentum throughout the sales cycle. Ensure smooth transition of new clients from sales into implementation. **Own Pipeline & Performance**: Maintain a disciplined and accurate sales pipeline with reliable forecasts. Use HubSpot to manage opportunities, activity, and sales performance. Use sales data and metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities. Maintain strong understanding of Vivvi's solutions, target markets, and competitive landscape. **Lead & Develop**: Manage and develop the Sales Associate, setting clear priorities and expectations. Coach and create opportunities for increased sales responsibility. Help strengthen Vivvi's sales practices, tools, and processes. You will bring strong discipline to how the company sells. You know HubSpot inside and out, understand how to manage complex sales and contracting stages, and use data to maintain a reliable pipeline and forecast. You will ensure commitments made during the sales process are clearly documented and translated into a strong handoff to implementation and launch teams. The role requires close partnership with Vivvi's executive team, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Client Success throughout the sales cycle. Travel is required for prospect meetings, finalist presentations, client visits, conferences, and other sales activities. **Requirements:** - 7-10+ years of B2B sales experience, including experience selling complex solutions to mid-market and enterprise employers - Proven track record of sourcing new business, building pipeline, and delivering against revenue targets - Experience managing long, complex enterprise sales cycles - Experience selling to HR, Benefits, CHROs, and other senior corporate decision-makers (strongly preferred) - Experience in caregiving benefits, health tech, HR tech, or employee benefits (a plus) - Experience working with benefits brokers and consultants (preferred) - Deep, hands-on HubSpot experience required, including pipeline management, reporting, dashboards, and workflows - Strong understanding of sales stages, contracting stages, forecasting, and sales KPIs - Experience developing pricing and negotiating commercial terms - Experience leading RFPs, proposals, and finalist presentations - Experience navigating enterprise procurement, security, legal, and contracting processes - Strong analytical and financial skills with ability to quickly learn different products, pricing structures, and commercial models - Curious, adaptable, and highly coachable, with ability to learn quickly and apply feedback - Strong presentation and negotiation skills - Highly responsive, organized, and persistent, with strong attention to detail and follow-through - Experience managing or developing junior sales talent - Independent US work authorization required
