Salary: USD 130,000 - 150,000 / annual

Verkada is seeking a Verkademy Program Coordinator to serve as the administrative and operational core of the Verkademy team, supporting sales development leadership and recruiting programs. You will provide high-level administrative support ensuring that talent engine and training initiatives operate with seamless precision, acting as the primary architect for logistical and operational workflows that sustain hiring and program scaling efforts. Key Responsibilities: Recruiting Operations: Manage comprehensive university program logistics, streamline recruiting workflows, scale the intern experience, and oversee end-to-end branding initiatives. Sales Program Administration: Assist sales leadership with onboarding and offboarding of program participants, track completion metrics, and maintain meticulous participant records. Leadership Support: Proactively manage program calendars, prioritize team tasks to align with leadership goals, and assist with formal program reporting and documentation. Operational Excellence: Ensure all recruiting and onboarding processes are executed accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of data integrity and professional delivery. Requirements: - 4+ years of professional experience in program management, program administration, or early career/university recruiting within a high-growth environment - Proven experience coordinating early career programs within a fast-paced corporate environment - Superior organizational abilities with natural talent for structuring complex timelines and managing multiple administrative priorities simultaneously - Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to connect with students, external vendors, and C-level leadership - Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and logistical execution - Proven track record of managing logistically complex projects and large-scale events from conception to completion - Resilience, high energy, and hands-on approach - Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) and experience with recruiting platforms or CRM tools (bonus: Handshake or other early career recruiting tools) - Must be independently authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available
