Veeam is seeking a Vault Solution Specialist to drive adoption of Veeam Data Cloud Vault, the company's fastest-growing managed storage service. This quota-carrying role is based in London and covers the UK&I territory, reporting to the Worldwide Veeam Vault Sales Leader.
You will execute territory strategy and pipeline development across 500+ strategic accounts and priority partners to achieve quarterly revenue targets. Your responsibilities include collaborating daily with Account Executives and channel managers to ensure strong account-level partnerships, preparing weekly product-specific forecasts, and leading value-based customer discussions focused on the long-term benefits of managed Veeam solutions.
Key activities involve designing channel programs to maximize adoption and revenue impact, building strategic relationships across channel and customer organizations, and identifying priority accounts to partner with Solution Engineers on compelling technical and business value messaging. You'll provide market intelligence and customer feedback to identify repeatable sales tactics that increase win rates and help build a "win formula." You'll also master competitive positioning, market trends, and pricing strategies to drive exponential growth from territory channel partners.
The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience with proven success in cloud/SaaS solutions. You should have a track record in field sales and channel development, ideally with specialist sales model experience. Expertise in enterprise software sales and SaaS business models—particularly in data protection, data management, or M365 sectors—is preferred. You'll need exceptional skills in business case development, commercial negotiations, and stakeholder management. A bachelor's degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience) is required. You should be a strong team player with a coaching mentality, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
