Re:Build Manufacturing, through its subsidiary Composite Resources, is seeking a Value Stream Leader to manage end-to-end manufacturing operations for composite components and tooling serving aerospace and defense clients.
In this role, you will own a designated value stream from customer order receipt through production completion to shipment and delivery confirmation. You will provide direct leadership to the production team (Pre-preg composites, Infusion, and Prototyping) and coordinate across project planning, engineering, quality, and shipping/logistics teams through dotted-line authority.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking full ownership of your value stream's performance and delivery
- Conducting daily order status reviews across planning, production, and shipping
- Performing daily floor rounds to address safety, production, quality, and shipping concerns
- Managing capacity allocation for shared machines and headcount per master scheduling
- Resolving same-day conflicts on shared production cells directly with peer Value Stream Leaders
- Leading weekly collaborative reviews with project planning leads on at-risk jobs
- Conducting weekly reviews with shipping and logistics on outbound commitments
- Participating in monthly customer on-time delivery and cycle time reviews
- Driving alignment and daily progress across cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, production leadership, or value stream management
- Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end order flow (order to ship) in a manufacturing environment
- Experience leading cross-functional coordination without direct reporting authority (dotted-line leadership)
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Ownership approach, safety leadership, collaboration, decisiveness, data-driven mindset, peer coordination skills, and passion for using IS and AI solutions to optimize operations and drive continuous improvement
