Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology. As a Value Engineer for Banking & Financial Services, you will spearhead data-driven business transformation with Fortune 500 customers, owning their end-to-end value journey from landing through renewal.
You will serve as a trusted technology and business advisor, helping organizations achieve strategic goals and realize significant value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. Your responsibilities span three core areas:
Identify & Frame Value: Discover and translate customers' strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases. Advise organizations on how the platform fits into their existing IT landscape and AI strategy. Build demos and business cases leveraging industry benchmarks. Use hands-on technical skills (SQL/Python) to build AI prototypes that bring the platform to life. Communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives.
Realize Value: Facilitate business value workshops to identify and qualify process enhancement opportunities. Derive improvement measures in core business functions and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives. Present results and realized value to senior management.
Scale Value: Manage the complete customer value journey, building strategic expansion roadmaps that embed Celonis as a transformation platform. Drive adoption and expansion while providing feedback to product development teams.
You combine strong technical understanding (SQL, Python, PowerBI, RPA) with consulting expertise in strategic thinking and program management. You have experience in analytical roles demonstrating value through business data analysis and software deployment, ideally in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Management Consulting. You excel at identifying process improvement use cases, managing multiple projects across different stages, and communicating roadmaps to stakeholders. Excellent English communication and presentation skills required.
