As a Value Engineer, you will sit at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Customer Success, serving as the first in your region in this newly created role. You will develop impactful customer discussions focused on value, synthesizing key trends and insights for C-level executives including General Counsel and CFOs. Your work will directly enable and drive value adoption across your geographic region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Accelerating deals alongside Account Executives and Sales/Legal Engineers by developing executive-ready narratives around ROI and business impact
- Partnering to deliver value enablement training to your geographic region
- Collaborating across the business to communicate customer feedback, feature requests, and industry trends back to Product and leadership
You will work in a global environment, collaborating with teams and clients across Stockholm, New York, London, and Sydney. The role is based in the San Francisco office, designed for ambitious builders.
