Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, serving Fortune 500 enterprises. The Value Engineering team owns the transformation journey for the company's largest customers, ensuring the Celonis Platform is deployed strategically to tackle critical business challenges and generate strong ROI.
As a Value Engineer, you will support AI and data-driven business transformation within the Public sector, working alongside Senior and Lead Value Engineers. You'll combine technical execution with consulting and project management to support complex transformation roadmaps.
Key responsibilities include:
**Value Selling & Realization:** Discover and diagnose operational improvement opportunities for customers. Map Celonis into their technology stack, build business cases, and facilitate value workshops to identify process enhancement opportunities.
**Stakeholder Management:** Engage with project managers and middle management to build momentum. Support change management initiatives and contribute to Center of Excellence enablement programs.
**Program Management:** Execute transformation programs using AI-driven project management workflows. Track milestones, automate reporting, and deploy actionable frameworks to evaluate customer workflows.
**Platform & AI Fluency:** Act as an AI-fluent operator, using AI tools for rapid technical outputs (data analysis, basic automations) while partnering with Applied Value Engineers for solution builds.
**Scale Value & Innovation:** Support the end-to-end customer value journey and identify expansion opportunities. Provide actionable feedback to product development teams based on new use cases discovered.
Required qualifications: 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, value engineering, or enterprise software. Foundational background in enterprise IT, SaaS, or business software (e.g., SAP). Strong AI fluency and proficiency with AI tools. Understanding of process improvement methodologies and experience managing project milestones. Solid knowledge of Finance/Supply Chain and Public Sector domains. Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or comparable technical degree (or Business/Economics with technical minor). Fluent English and Dutch communication skills.
