GetYourGuide is seeking a UX Researcher for Programs & Operations to build and maintain the systems, tools, and programs that enable the research practice to scale. This role sits at the center of the Research Programs & Operations function within the Product and UX organization, owning knowledge management, recruitment, tooling, and governance infrastructure. Key responsibilities include: designing and maintaining systems and tools that help researchers and cross-functional partners turn evidence into decisions at scale; identifying and building AI-powered workflows to accelerate the research and design process from intake through activation; working confidently with senior stakeholders on feasibility and trade-offs, creating sticky artifacts that communicate ideas effectively; running team meetings and discovery workshops to surface operational gaps and inform roadmap priorities; advising stakeholders on appropriate processes and tools, including organizing training sessions; taking ownership of research tool screening, vendor onboarding, security assessment, negotiations, and access management; and working across product, design, marketing, and business teams to shape the customer experience and tie research findings to business outcomes. Required qualifications: 5+ years in UX Research, UX Strategy, or UX Program Management in tech with exposure to research operations; proven track record building research systems and user panels at scale; refined operational knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods; history of shifting major program decisions at senior stakeholder level through communication innovation; skill in visualizing direction through sketches, prototypes, service blueprints, or AI-assisted outputs; familiarity with research ethics, accessibility frameworks, CRM, consent policies (GDPR, e-privacy, DSA, WCAG); solid business judgment in B2C and ideally B2B contexts; experience in vendor management, budget tracking, and negotiations; and concise level-specific communication skills. Desirable experience includes designing or facilitating cross-functional communication programs at scale, understanding the research vendor and tooling landscape with negotiation wins, and background in building or deploying AI agents for operational use cases.
