GetYourGuide is seeking a UX Researcher for Programs & Operations to lead the infrastructure and systems that enable the research practice to scale across the organization. This role sits within the Product and UX organization, owning knowledge management, recruitment, tooling, and governance.
You will design and maintain systems, tools, and programs that help researchers and cross-functional partners turn evidence into decisions at scale. Key responsibilities include spotting and building AI-powered workflows to accelerate the research and design process—from intake and participant recruitment through synthesis, rollout, and activation. You'll work confidently with senior stakeholders on feasibility and trade-offs, creating sticky artifacts (concept visuals, prototypes, one-pagers) that make ideas land.
Operational leadership is central: you'll help run team meetings and discovery workshops to surface gaps early, size resourcing needs, and inform the team's roadmap. You'll advise stakeholders on appropriate processes and tools, organize training sessions, and take ownership of research tool screening, vendor onboarding, security assessment, negotiations, and access management. Cross-functional collaboration spans product, design, marketing, and business teams to shape the end-to-end customer experience and tie research findings back to business outcomes and KPIs.
Required: 5+ years in UX Research, UX Strategy, or UX Program Management in tech, with exposure to research operations. You need a track record of building research systems and user panels at scale, refined knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods, and a history of shifting major decisions at senior stakeholder level. Strong skills in visualizing direction (sketches, prototypes, service blueprints, AI-assisted outputs) and a clear point of view on how AI should reshape research workflows are essential. Familiarity with research ethics, accessibility frameworks, CRM, consent policies (GDPR, e-privacy, DSA, WCAG), solid business judgment, vendor management, budget tracking, and concise communication are required.
GetYourGuide offers hybrid work (3 days in-office: Mon, Tue, Thu; 2 days optional remote), 30 days remote work annually, annual personal growth budget, mentorship programs, quarterly team events, monthly transportation and fitness budget, activity discounts, language reimbursement, and health/wellness benefits.
