Salary: USD 120,000 - 135,000 / annual
SRS Acquiom is seeking a UX Researcher to conduct end-to-end research on complex client and internal workflows, turning findings into actionable insights that improve digital experiences. You will help establish repeatable practices, tools, and repositories that make research easier to run, more consistent, and scalable.
The role is based in Denver, Colorado, with the option to work fully remote, though occasional travel to the Denver headquarters may be expected.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Partner with Product, Design, Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize research opportunities
• Plan and conduct user interviews, usability tests, concept evaluations, surveys, and other research methods
• Define research goals, participant criteria, and study plans; write screeners and discussion guides
• Work with designers to develop concepts, prototypes, and other materials needed for research
• Coordinate participant recruitment and scheduling with internal teams and external research vendors
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into actionable insights and recommendations
• Create research documentation, reports, and presentations that communicate findings to stakeholders
• Build and maintain a research repository and knowledge base to support future studies
• Establish best practices and standardized processes for conducting research across the organization
