As a UX Researcher II, you will conduct research efforts and develop clear stories from insights that support partner and team alignment on user-focused goals. You will collaborate with UX designers, product owners, product managers, and engineers to discover opportunities for future products and validate designs for product optimization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design, plan, and execute end-to-end research studies using appropriate qualitative and quantitative methodologies with guidance from senior team members
- Conduct and synthesize research projects including user interviews, usability testing sessions, surveys, card sorting, and contribute to A/B testing initiatives
- Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights and present recommendations to cross-functional teams with a compelling, influential story
- Analyze insights from research sessions to identify key opportunities and user needs
- Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with peers and managers
- Monitor and analyze user behavior metrics and usability benchmarks with support from senior researchers
- Support the evaluation and optimization of research methodologies to improve quality and efficiency of insights
- Assist with research operations including participant recruitment, scheduling, and research repository maintenance
Requirements:
- Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Anthropology, Social Science, Design Research, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional UX research experience
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and analytics tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
