Peregrine Technologies, backed by leading Silicon Valley investors, is an AI-enabled platform serving public safety organizations, state and local governments, federal agencies, and private-sector institutions. The company operates across 30+ states and two countries, serving over 125 million people. You will own Peregrine's public sector compliance function as the company scales in the U.S. market. This is a critical, cross-functional role requiring exceptional organizational discipline and project management skills. Key responsibilities include: **Compliance Program Management:** Own the public sector compliance program including audits, FAR representations and certifications, SAM.gov registrations, and contract-level obligation tracking across all active contracts. Proactively identify compliance gaps and partner with Legal and Contracts on remediation and new contract onboarding. Run the compliance training program end-to-end with auditable recordkeeping. **Facility Clearance & Personnel Security:** Serve as the primary point of contact with DCSA to establish and maintain Peregrine's facility clearance (FCL). Manage the full personnel clearance lifecycle—investigations, determinations, reinvestigations, and records—partnering with People Operations on cleared-employee onboarding and offboarding. **Ethics & Conflicts of Interest:** Administer the ethics hotline, case tracking, and reporting to Legal and leadership. Run the conflict of interest disclosure process and political contribution logging under FAR ethics requirements. Support maintenance of the Code of Business Ethics and Conduct. **Vendor & Subcontractor Compliance:** Lead pre-award due diligence on subcontractors and vendors, including debarment and exclusion checks. Maintain vendor compliance records and partner with Procurement on FAR/DFARS flow-down clauses. You will coordinate across multiple cross-functional teams including Legal, People Operations, Finance, Contracts, and GRC. The role requires 5+ years of public sector compliance, contract administration, or related experience with deep knowledge of FAR and DFARS. Hands-on experience with SAM.gov, CAGE codes, facility clearances, and personnel security clearances is essential. Strong project management, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships across functions are critical.
