US Equity Market Strategist

The firm manages over US$7 billion in assets and facilitates more than US$7 billion in monthly trading volume, offering custody, trading, asset and wealth management, liquidity and financing solutions, and tokenised real-world assets (RWA) to institutional and professional investors globally. You will serve as the public face and voice of BIT's US equity research, bridging complex Wall Street market dynamics with the investor community. This is a high-visibility role combining thought leadership, content creation, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Represent the firm as a key spokesperson in webinars, offline events, media interviews, and video/podcast programs, delivering engaging US market insights - Provide timely, articulate commentary on major market events, Fed interest rate decisions, earnings seasons, and macro trends across various audience touchpoints - Translate complex financial models and research reports into clear, visually engaging presentations, video scripts, and interactive live sessions - Host interactive sessions for high-net-worth (HNW) clients and active trader communities, answering market queries and building investor confidence - Partner closely with Marketing, PR, and Content Operations teams to align market commentary with brand growth and user acquisition campaigns Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Communications, or related disciplines - 3–5+ years of experience as a Market Strategist, Financial News Anchor, Equity Analyst with media exposure, or Senior Financial Presenter - Exceptional public speaking skills with strong camera presence, high charisma, and ability to think on your feet during live broadcasts - Solid understanding of US equity markets, macroeconomics, monetary policy, and sector trends; ability to articulate complex financial concepts in accessible terms - Native/Fluent command of Mandarin and high proficiency in English (both spoken and written) for analyzing Wall Street research and engaging international audiences - Preferred: Professional certifications (CFA / CMT / Series 7/65 or equivalent SFC licenses) or prior experience at financial media outlets or top-tier brokerages
