PointFive is an AI Efficiency OS that helps engineering and FinOps teams manage AI spend and cloud costs. The company was founded by the team behind IntSights (acquired by Rapid7) and recently closed a $60M Series B led by Accel.
You will serve as the connective tissue across PointFive's marketing organization, coordinating product marketing, content, field marketing, PR, partnerships, web, and external agencies. This is a strategic orchestration role focused on alignment, sequencing, and execution across multiple marketing disciplines.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain a shared, forward-looking view of all marketing initiatives months in advance, ensuring every team plans against the same roadmap.
- Think strategically about sequence and dependencies: what launches first, what builds on it, what lands last, and how each moment sets up the next.
- Work backwards from major calendar moments (conferences, product launches, partner announcements) to map all interdependencies and ensure readiness.
- Identify connections early—which launches, stories, events, and customer moments belong together.
- Convene the right stakeholders at the right time, clarify ownership, and establish clear deadlines.
- Run weekly rhythms that keep marketing, product, sales, and partnerships synchronized.
- Ensure website and channel messaging reflect the coordinated narrative.
- Direct external agencies and partners with clarity so their work lands effectively.
- Detect slippage early and either resolve it or escalate before it becomes a problem.
Example situations you'll handle: coordinating a major conference four months out so product news, storytelling, PR, partners, and customer voices align; consolidating three competing team initiatives into one cohesive moment; cascading launch-date changes across dependent workstreams; integrating partner opportunities into the broader plan.
You won't write every word, run every event, or own every relationship. You will see dependencies others miss, bring people together early, and hold everyone—including senior leaders—accountable to dates and commitments. This requires real marketing experience and judgment about when to push and when to adjust.
Requirements:
- Real, hands-on marketing experience, ideally in B2B tech, across multiple disciplines (e.g., events, content, product marketing, community, sales, producing).
- Proven track record of building something from scratch: a community, event, program, or initiative without being asked.
- Experience managing many moving parts and people simultaneously, with concrete examples.
- Strategic thinking about plans, calendars, and dependencies; strong execution discipline.
- Ability to generate ideas and see them through to completion.
- Problem-solving mindset when budget, time, or resources are constrained.
- Demonstrated ability to grow scope by owning what others don't.
- Ability to hold people accountable, including those more senior, in a collaborative manner.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Hebrew; ability to brief stakeholders clearly.
Bonus qualifications:
- Experience building workflows, agents, or automations with AI tools.
- Familiarity with cloud or AI infrastructure buyers, hyperscalers, or partner ecosystems.
- End-to-end ownership of a launch, event, or program from conception to results.
- Experience at both early-stage startups and scaling companies.
Note: Current title, years of experience, marketing degree, or prior identical role are not required. Coding skills are not needed.
