Alan is a fast-growing European healthtech unicorn (€800M+ ARR, 1M+ members, 800+ employees) building the new standard in prevention insurance by integrating insurance, prevention, and care into a single user experience. The company operates across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.
The Union Relations Lead will build and animate Alan's relationships with French unions, their federations, and the broader paritariste (social partner) ecosystem. This is a foundational role at an early stage of capability-building, reporting to founders and working directly with Public Affairs and Enterprise & Public Sector leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
**Relationships & Presence**: Map and prioritize the union and federation ecosystem (CFDT, FO, sector federations, paritariste institutions). Build trusted, long-term relationships with social partner organizations. Represent Alan at federations, working groups, congresses, and paritariste institutions where sector policy is discussed. Become the credible, consistent Alan voice that social partners recognize and trust.
**Commercial Partnership**: Brief Enterprise & Public Sector teams on social partner context and priorities. Introduce key contacts at critical moments in the sales cycle to convert ecosystem relationships into commercial wins. Share Alan's positioning with social partners to help them evaluate the company on merit.
**Sector Intelligence & Anticipation**: Monitor branch-level dialogue and paritariste ecosystem developments. Contribute a constructive voice to federations and working groups shaping the sector's future. Provide early internal signals on social dialogue direction and strategic implications for Alan.
**Build & Scale**: Create and maintain a knowledge library on social partner positions, branch agreements, and paritariste institutions for deal teams. Implement processes and AI tools to improve engagement quality and efficiency. Share best practices across Enterprise & Public Sector teams. Provide competitive intelligence on how social partners and competitors position themselves.
