Bunch is building the backbone of private markets with an integrated system combining secure data infrastructure, AI-powered workflows, and expert fund services. As Senior Partnerships Manager, you will own the partnership function across core markets (UK, Germany, Luxembourg), driving both client acquisition through referral channels and building the provider network needed to service fund mandates end-to-end. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy individual contributor role with direct revenue impact. You will personally identify, sign, and activate referral and channel partners—including fund formation counsel, placement agents, banks, audit advisors, and tax advisors—converting these relationships into qualified pipeline and measurable partner-sourced ARR. Simultaneously, you will structure and maintain relationships with regulated and specialist providers (depositaries, AML officers, ManCos, auditors, compliance and tax specialists) to close capability gaps and ensure bunch can service mandates across markets with confidence and speed. Key responsibilities include: owning the partnership program across three core markets while adapting to local dynamics and regulatory requirements; personally negotiating commercial terms, pricing, and scope; building infrastructure to track partner introductions, conversion, pipeline, and revenue; partnering with Commercial and Marketing on joint go-to-market initiatives; representing bunch at industry events; and using data to recommend when and how the function should expand. This role does not include immediate people management—it is a senior individual contributor position focused on direct execution and building repeatable operating models. Day-to-day service delivery sits with operations owners; you own the commercial relationship and help resolve structural issues. Strategic marquee partnerships remain shared with leadership. You bring 5–10 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, or senior client-facing roles within fund administration, fintech, or professional services. You have deep understanding of private markets and fund manager operations, a track record of building something from scratch (partner program, new market, or commercial channel), and comfort operating with ambiguity while creating structure. You are commercially sharp, able to hold credible conversations with law firms and regulated providers, and energized by direct execution: opening doors, negotiating, activating relationships, and building underlying processes. Regular travel across markets is expected.
