- Manage active pipelines and follow up with brokers daily on issued mortgage commitments to maximize funding volumes.
- Deliver mortgages from application through funding, communicating clearly with the Sales team, brokers, and internal/external partners.
- Apply hands-on problem-solving to make prudent decisions on complex mortgage files.
- Develop subject matter expertise in product functionality, features, tools, technology, and Salesforce CRM.
- Stay current on industry trends to maintain competitive advantage.
You'll work primarily in-person in Calgary (with offices also in Winnipeg and Toronto), collaborating with a high-performing team that values teamwork, ownership, and professional integrity. The environment is fast-paced, complex, and high-pressure, but also deeply fulfilling for those who thrive on growth and solving complex lending scenarios.
Neo offers competitive total rewards including a strong base salary (tailored to your skills and experience), equity ownership for eligible roles, short-term incentive plans (STIP), flexible health benefits, 21 days PTO plus statutory holidays, health and personal spending accounts, partner discounts, early access to Neo products, parental top-up and equity vesting during long-term leave, and regular company events and education opportunities.
