Rohlík is seeking a Senior PTP (Procure-to-Pay) Accountant to join its Group Finance Centre, reporting to the Group Accounting Manager. This role oversees all accounting activities related to the PTP process for the Rohlík Group and related entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices in line with company policies and controls
- Process travel and expense (T&E) reimbursements
- Prepare accruals and other PTP-related journal vouchers
- Resolve open items and manage reconciliation processes
- Ensure timely and high-quality reconciliation execution
- Handle escalations, complex reconciliations, and non-standard cases
- Participate in performance management and KPI-setting processes
- Drive continuous process improvements and efficiency initiatives across the PTP function
The Finance Department at Rohlík maintains the smooth running of the company and its financial health through journal vouchers, month-end closing, accounting analysis, reporting, statements, invoices, payments, and balance management.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of accounting experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement
- Advanced English language skills (German, Hungarian, or Romanian are advantageous)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
