Factorial, a fast-growing AI Business Management Software company headquartered in Barcelona, is seeking a senior Marketing Manager to own and scale the UK go-to-market engine. This is a strategic, commercial marketing role focused on building a predictable and scalable UK growth engine that connects marketing activity directly to pipeline, MRR, and revenue.
You will own the complete UK marketing and demand generation strategy across the full funnel—from awareness and acquisition through pipeline, conversion, and revenue growth. You'll work across multiple channels including paid media, CRM, inbound, outbound, ABM, events, webinars, content, partnerships, and offline activations. Your responsibilities include developing integrated multi-channel campaigns around priority ICP segments and industries, managing the UK events and webinars strategy, building strategic partner marketing programs, optimizing paid acquisition and lifecycle programs, and managing the UK marketing budget with full investment decision authority.
You'll collaborate closely with Sales, BDRs, Partnerships, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Growth teams to build a connected growth engine. You'll define and monitor KPIs including pipeline, MRR, conversion, CAC, CPD/CPL, ROI, and revenue contribution. Using performance data, you'll identify scalable opportunities and reallocate resources away from underperforming initiatives. You'll also represent Factorial externally through events, panels, and industry forums, bringing UK market insights back to the wider GTM organization.
This role offers significant ownership over one of Factorial's strategic markets, with direct visibility into commercial impact and the opportunity to help define how the company builds and scales in the UK.
