Anduril Industries, a rapidly growing defense technology company, is seeking a Contracts Manager to join its team in Atlanta, GA or Huntsville, AL. This role is central to Anduril's mission of transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology, including AI-powered systems and autonomous solutions.
You will manage the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts, including CPFF (Cost Plus Fixed Fee), FFP (Firm Fixed Price), and T&M (Time & Materials) agreements. Your responsibilities include executing contract management from initiation through closeout, supporting proposal development, ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and maintaining comprehensive audit files for all contracts.
Key duties involve reviewing and accepting contracts, preparing contract proposals and planning documents, identifying and implementing new contract policies and processes, managing contract modifications and amendments, and providing contract briefs to program managers and executives. You will also oversee the contract closeout process, cultivate relationships with internal and external customers, and provide contractual guidance and risk mitigation strategies.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in business administration, government, or a related field, with proven experience managing the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts. You must have strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations, U.S. Person status (required for access to export-controlled data), and the ability to obtain and hold a U.S. Secret security clearance. You are known among peers as someone who gets things done in fast-paced environments and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred qualifications include NCMA certifications (CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM), a graduate degree in business or government, and a current U.S. Secret security clearance. This is an in-office position; remote work is not available.
