As a Trial Success Manager, you will lead the proof-of-concept (POC) process for enterprise customers, directly impacting trial conversion rates and long-term program success. You'll be the bridge between Motive's pre-sales and post-sales teams, working closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and external stakeholders to ensure customers gain confidence in the platform and achieve their business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage all trial and POC activities for Enterprise Account Executives and Sales Engineers
- Partner in developing goals, objectives, and success criteria tailored to each trial
- Design and configure the Motive platform to solve specific customer problems
- Serve as a subject matter expert on product, change management, communication strategy, risk management, and coaching
- Create and deliver onsite and web-based training sessions and best-practice presentations
- Leverage reporting and data analysis to provide actionable insights throughout the trial
- Communicate milestone updates and keep all stakeholders informed of progress
This is a high-profile role focused on enterprise sales success and revenue growth. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, interfacing at all organizational levels and managing multiple concurrent trials with professionalism and poise.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role; SaaS experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing and leading software/hardware proof-of-concept, proof-of-value, or trial processes
- Project management experience (PMP certification preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and handle urgent requests professionally
- Ability to interface at all levels and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel approximately 20%
