Salary: USD 130,000 - 144,000 / annual

ChowNow is a leading off-premise restaurant technology platform that helps independent restaurants own their digital dining experience. The company processes $1B+ in gross food sales annually and has saved restaurant partners over $700M in third-party commission fees through its white-label ordering solutions, demand network integrations (Google, Yelp, Apple, Snap), and diner-friendly marketplace. As a Territory Sales Manager based in Dallas, you will drive revenue generation for independent restaurants in your assigned territory through full-cycle, outside sales. You will qualify and convert leads into opportunities, manage your sales pipeline, and develop outbound and referral strategies. The role requires approximately 60% travel (3 days per week) throughout your territory, with regular in-person restaurant visits. You will collaborate with peers and your manager to master ChowNow's Value Selling methodology, positioning yourself as a thought leader in restaurant technology. Success means helping restaurateurs understand how ChowNow's platform improves their business by enabling them to avoid inflated third-party delivery fees and own customer relationships. Key responsibilities include: progressing through onboarding (Ramp Camp), learning customer needs and product differentiation, running product demos, managing full-cycle sales funnels, building and nurturing a referral network, utilizing Salesforce for pipeline management, completing minimum 45 restaurant drop-ins weekly by day 90, and exceeding quota targets. You will also contribute to team growth by sharing best practices and iterating on sales strategy. This position reports to a Sales Leader with no direct reports. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of consistent over-achievement in outside/field sales - Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and access to reliable, insured vehicle - Genuine curiosity about people, local restaurants, and food trends - Ability to build lasting relationships and develop referral-based business - Market expertise with knowledge of competitors and industry trends - Coachable mindset with willingness to master craft and understand buyer decision-making - Fast learner for processes and technology - Ability to thrive in fast-paced, competitive sales culture with frequent changes - Work ethic focused on hard work, positivity, and implementing feedback
