Rapyd is a global fintech platform unifying payments, payouts, and financial services across 150+ countries. The Treasury Specialist role is based in Bogotá and sits at the center of Rapyd's cash management and settlement operations.
You will oversee daily and monthly global cash flow management, including short-term forecasting, liquidity monitoring, and bank balance reconciliations to support strategic financial decision-making. You'll execute and manage operational payments with strict adherence to authorization workflows, internal controls, and international banking regulations.
Key responsibilities include monitoring banking cut-off times and validating supporting evidence to ensure high-precision execution of merchant settlements across global banking platforms. You'll track and analyze treasury variables—cash balances, FX exposure, funding needs, and settlement cycles—to identify and mitigate operational risk.
You'll prepare cash position reports, settlement analysis, and audit-ready documentation for monthly closing processes. This role requires close collaboration with Finance, Accounting, Payments, and Compliance teams to align local and regional treasury workflows with global strategy.
A significant part of the role involves driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate workflows and build scalable processes within treasury operations. You'll work in a fast-paced fintech environment where straight talk, quick decisions, and strong execution are valued.
